I did better if I divided it up into two smaller servings because the whole 6 ounces was a little too much for me to want to eat at one meal. I liked the push to have fish more. I don’t buy it a lot, but I did have it once each week and I just loved it. It was worth the expense because it felt like a delicious treat. There’s a lifestyle or diet called the Mediterranean diet. I’m no expert on it, but from what I have read, this diet is similar to it. It might be helpful for you to know that when you are doing it and looking for your own recipes to make.
