Thanks for the clarification on peanut milk….it is dried raw groundnut kernel which is then made into milk at home using a mixer grinder. I was also wondering if water chestnut is allowed..I was excited thinking it is a vegetable (which it is) but the corn is rich in carbohydrates, so that threw me off..Does one have to be very selective even in vegetables?
