Or, you’re going to go ahead and tell them how to lose weight fast after you just said losing it fast is bad, which would be unethical. Either way, the title is misleading as it appears the author is taking the ethical road and teaching you how to lose weight slowly. Sorry to anyone expecting the title to be accurate here.
