I have read most of the comments, and have read the explanations for possible weight gain. Could there be any other reason why I am gaining weight? Par contre je tiens à attirer l’attention : perdre du poids c’est bien mais le plus dur pour moi à été de voir quel était mon nouveau corps. J’ai mis jusqu’à cet été pour comprendre et accepter que je faisais du 36 ( je me bornais à acheter du 38). J’ai du fait tout un travail de comparaison avec d’autres filles pour me rendre compte de comment était mon nouveau corps… et aussi, attention à ne pas tomber dans l’anorexie (ou dans mon cas dans l’obsession de la balance, qui me faisait pleurer si je faisais 1kg de plus alors qu’il disparaissait 2 jours plus tard). Je suis anti-nutritionniste je n’ai jamais fait la démarche d’aller en voir un. Par contre avec le recul je pense qu’un soutien psychologique aurait pu m’apporter beaucoup (dans l’accompagnement de la transformation du corps et pour cette obsession).
