I’ve been making myself eat the allowed foods, but after 3-4 days I’m just not hungry- especially for dinner. Is that normal? I mean, I am at least 25 pounds overweight and was (am?) super-addicted to sugary foods- so maybe my body is not hungry b/c it already has pounds of fat to snack on…
