Didn’t notice any change from these additions. The only thing I have noticed is that I feel bloated from the high fat additions like cream, butter and sour cream. I am willing to continue for another month with the addition of the additional fat but I have another 10 lbs to lose and have had no change in the scale in two weeks since finishing the TWT.
