    Losing a lot of weight long-term and keeping it off won’t happen unless you change your habits forever. If you lose weight and then return to living exactly the way did when you gained weight, don’t be surprised when the excess weight returns. It will.

    I think the terrible taste in your mouth is due to your body producing ketones due to being on a low carb diet. This is a good thing and not a bad thing. I means your body is switching over to becoming fat adapted instead of sugar dependent.

    Hi, not sure what happened to my last question. I just wanted to know if I blew the test by drinking a glass of chocolate milk after a long ride. I was just feeling so depleted after a somewhat punishing 4 hr ride of mostly moderate effort. I did drift anaerobic for a few periods. What’s my recommended best course of action? Re-start? Add a few days?
