    This would be stuff like cleanses, detoxes, fasts and other similarly pointless garbage marketed as miracles to people who don’t understand the difference between fat loss and weight loss… in the hope that they’ll be so easily fooled by the fast initial decrease in body weight that takes place that they won’t actually notice there was no body fat lost… or that any weight (water) they do lose is instantly regained right after.
    Start cooking. The only way to truly control every nutrient and calorie that goes into your body is to cook for yourself. Though every restaurant nowadays tends to have healthier options, you can never be sure what’s in that salad dressing or what type of oil they use for their vegetables. You’ll be better off cooking for yourself and being able to exercise complete control over every bite you intake.

    Hello. I started the two test two days ago and I feel awful – like I want to hurl and pass out awful. I’ve heard that some people feel like they have the flu which I do. I am nursing and wondered if that might be why I feel so weak. Is it ok to do this test while nursing or would you recommend I await?

    im a 34yo male runner who has been maf based training for 7 months now,started from 10k a week again now back to 50k a week.i monitor acute to chronic workloads aswell keeping beetween 0.8 and 1.3 .I have done 2 50k events aswell in that time . This wiped out all my previous foot injuries and allowed me to run consistently.so in the last 3.5 weeks i noticed fatigue getting worse and left chest and arm pain,back pain . i went to hospital but tropins were clear,i have had all checks done,chest xray,abdominal xrays, ct of chest,stress test and everything is clear heart wise, bloods are good too and bloods show no inflamation markers or viral infections etc. every item is in range and similar to 18months ago (cholesterol i noticed was 6.7,thats the only thing at upper limit,maybe due to all the meats in 2 week test???)
