I just wanted to say that I got a chance to beta test the new app (although it was only for about a week as I was late applying). Even though it told me my MAF score was poor, I liked it and am excited for when it is fully released on the app store. Any word on when that may happen? There were only probably 3 times in the whole 14 days they asked why I was eating this or not eating that and I simple said that it was what sounded good to me. I made no labels of “healthy” either. When they asked if I wanted a bite of something I would just say, “no thanks,” and we’d move on. It really wasn’t a big deal because I didn’t make it a big deal. I think that’s important when it comes to dieting in a house full of other people.

Seems to suggest 70/15/15 or even 80/10/10. Wondering if you have any opinion or data on glycogen in protein (stored or metabolized)? Maybe keeping the carb ratio at 10% as you mentioned balances out with the 30% protein and glycogen generated there.
