I’m very active and a personal trainer but have tried to tone down my activity this week and plan to even more so next week. Perhaps it’s the vegetables…definitely eating more than normal but I’m still not seeing any of the positive stomach aspects, haven’t lost any weight (although I take the scale with a grain of salt and don’t check it often) and have really followed the food list.

I felt terrible and was unable to do my daily runs because of feeling so weak. I thought it would pass but after another day of feeling so awful I had to stop the test because I needed energy for my work (I’m a massage therapist). Can you tell me what is going on with my body? Do I just need to take a few days off work and try to push through until it passes? Will it pass? There is no way I could endure 2 weeks of that. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
