My resting HR is never below 70 bpm even when I am in really good shape. I have wondered if a high resting HR contributes to the difficulty of staying below your MAF target while running?
After various diets I found the I was on a plateau and couldn’t seem to shift some weight. I stumbled across the 2 week plan and thought I would give it a go.
