I also went back to the book for some daily encouragement. I went to a function last night and it was food everywhere but my taste buds gravitated towards the fruits veggies and baked fish. Im also working out at home. I put on some great music and dance my butt off for 30 minutes and i love it!!! I’m going to purchase another copy of this book for my friend who struggles with eating the wrong foods.
