Will you be able to eat your favorite foods or, better yet, all foods (even if some are in small quantities)? I keep getting impressed about the quality content and information you are providing. As a manner fact believe it or not, I’ve been into body-building for less than 6 months and my friends are surprised how I got to the level of awareness. All I’ve ever done is reading your articles and understand them. I am terrified of this diet but going to give it a go. I don’t need to lose weight so i guess that is one of my fears.
