My background as far as activities go: I’m an ultramarathoner and my typical training would be: 5 days running weekly mostly on trails, with 2 long runs on weekends (anywhere from 3-6 hours sessions). After following the 2 week test, my speed has suffered, but that is to be expected. Focus on eating good quality, minimally processed real food.
