Hey there again. Thanks so much for the response. As far as my background, I’m certainly not a competitive athlete or “in” any season, but I train year round and try to stay fit and active day to day. Doing this now for 9 days has shown me that I think I process carbs like starches okay (potatoes, rice, etc) and don’t feel too different. My headache disappeared yesterday (day 8; I only had it days 6 and 7), but no changes in weight and/or bloating etc – still a little higher, jeans a little tighter, etc. If I was able to tell if that was all muscle that would be fine! But I can’t imagine that much has changed and shifted in a week. Moreover, I’m still training – not at a super high intensity, but in the gym. I’m currently doing a push up/pull up program so that’s been consistent, and then medium intensity workouts to hit everything else throughout the week. That’s been my background athletically; nutritionally I eat mainly real foods but over the summer certainly had more simple carbs (tortillas, trail mix type of snacks, etc) and sugar like marshmallows, more fruit, etc so I thought I would feel different changing things up but I don’t.
