We both lost significant amounts of weight, and inches from our waists but, significantly we both feel like this is absolutely the way we should be eating. We have both enjoyed our food throughout, though we both missed fruit and yogurt. Neither of us has missed things like pasta, rice or potatoes so we’re going to permanently exclude them from our diet.
