« I wanted to ask a question regarding weight loss and creating a caloric deficiency. I am a 16 year old girl, 5’3″ and 211 lb. I am aware that I am very overweight, and I am trying to change that. I do believe intermittent fasting and eating more raw foods is the key. I also went back to the book for some daily encouragement.
