Families Done the TWT and feeling great. Went to the doctor and had a blood test and my LDL Cholesterol is now high (5.3 when the norm is <3.5). My overall cholesterol is also a bit high at 7.9 but my HDL and triglycerides are good (2.39 and 0.6 respectively). This is the meansurements we use in New Zealand so not sure if different elsewhere?
