I just wanted to see if you received my question the other day about the amount of carbs I am eating on a daily basis. I’m following the TWT religiously, but my diet is still around 15% carbs. Nuts, avocado and vegetables have carbs, so I guess this is OK. I just want to make sure I am not missing something. The point of the MFT is to avoid all refined carbs, right? I’m good as long as I’m avoiding those?
I see my questions have been taken down or have fallen off this Q&A. Is there a reason for this?

A couple similar questions to ones posted above, that I did not see a response for. I just started the 2 Week Test this morning, and was wondering if headaches are normal, and how long they typically last if so? The other question was regarding using lemon juice on salads. I know it is technically a fruit, and I want to follow this as strictly as possible for the most accurate results. Lemon juice is very helpful to keep my avocados from browning in salads, and I also like having lemon juice in my veggie Nutriblasts.

The first day I made myself eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking (I am usually up at 5:30 am). The second day within 20 minutes of waking, I felt as if I hadn’t eaten in days and today I felt even worse. I don’t feel hungry so I feel I am eating enough. Do you have some suggestions on how to get through. I don’t really like eggs.
That answer is incredibly helpful. I went out to run yesterday and the day before. I’ve been running using the MAF heartrate for a month, but day before yesterday I just could not keep the heartrate down and had to walk much, much more than usual. No big deal. I figured it was still a good workout. Then yesterday, I really felt lousy and woozy on my run. Today I took a rest day. I’m curious what will go on tomorrow. This is quite the learning experience.
