I am on Day 6 and I feel terrible. I have actually gotten worse each day, I am constantly hungry, moody and wondering when this is gonna be over. I never was a big red meat or egg eater before this and all I really cant stand the thought of eating another omelet or steak or roasted chicken. I have always loved salads but a person can only eat so much salad before he starts to lose it. I am turning to oysters, shrimp, crab and fish this week to help me out..
