After hitting my low of 153, and without changing my diet, I began gaining weight, especially in my middle. Now, I’m pretty stable in the 180’s, but I know that I have both weight and fat to lose. And cannot lose no matter how much I run, bike, walk, diet. In well over a year, I have not lost a pound.

Dishwasher I read in another article by Phil (in this website) that Triglyceride is the important measure and that Cholesterol is not that important, but still this is a significant jump for 3 months. Could it be that my genes just make me need the statin medication? or is it that I need to do a mostly vegetarian diet with little carbs and fat, but some protein?
