I’ve been running using the MAF heartrate for a month, but day before yesterday I just could not keep the heartrate down and had to walk much, much more than usual. No big deal. I figured it was still a good workout. Then yesterday, I really felt lousy and woozy on my run. Today I took a rest day. I’m curious what will go on tomorrow. This is quite the learning experience.
