the author logs the entire 14 day period- foods/ excercise/ fellings. I get some good vegetarian meal ideas from them. If you remove the cheeze and sour cream, they are mostly vegan. except when they are not 🙂

Actually I might even put on weight with the TWT as I don’t eat much fat normally. Going to start the diet next week and see how i get on.
