further reading The problem is that I am not a good cook and I don’t like many vegetables (I like enough to still get some vitamins though). So I do not have a big choice of meals. It now consists as eggs for breakfast, cheese and nuts througout the day, meat and veggies for lunch. In the evening I am usually to tired to eat more than a few nuts or something.
