Can't read several pages due to pics on top of text I love this test and what you all do, but you all at MAF need to get a full two-week test list together or something. The problem with beans and lentils isn’t the carbs per se, but the starch content they contain (as do all legumes). Quinoa, as a particularly low glycemic food without the starch content, is a good option for vegetarians.
