Lentils? Are they beans – beans are out but several of the recipes include lentils??
Why does this matter? Fibromyalgia For the baby’s birthday party, I planned on hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone and I made myself lentil burgers. So I didn’t eat the potato salad, baked beans, or cake, but I did have a burger on a lettuce bun with gauc and felt totally satisfied. It was great.

Hi all, I am on my 5th day of TWT and feel with low energy. Actually, my speed at my MAF has declined from the week before the test and also I feel cold most of the day. Reading the comments I imagine it has to do with the ramp-up of my fat-burning system while I stopped eating sugar, but would like to confirm with you if I should not change or pay special attention to something else. However, since bad tastes usually come from your mouth either being too alkaline or too acidic (each having a variety of causes) it’s difficult to tell you what to eat. However, most bad tastes come from the mouth being too acidic (plaque, for example, has this effect). You could try making a slightly alkaline drink by squeezing a lime into a glass of water. Although lime is a citric, it actually has alkaline properties.

BRANDVIEW Hi, I know that during the twt, it’s best to eat within an hour of waking. My process has been to wake, exercise and then eat – sometimes it’s over an hour.
