I typically find it hard to do that. I usually get up 5:30-6:30 a.m. and like to work out immediately thereafter and am not hungry at that point…but that puts me eating breakfast later (a couple hours after getting up) …also with the larger breakfast, I find that I would rather eat my smaller breakfast then maybe a second one a couple hours later then lunch a couple or few hours after that.
