Is bloating and/or constipation a common occurrence during the TWT? I’m currently in the 2nd week, 1st went well. Wondering if I overdid it on the nuts over the last 2 days? I don’t think it’s a fiber issue, I have a salad for lunch everyday. This is my 2nd time doing the TWT, 1st time a few years ago I had great results; however, didn’t experience the bloating at all.
