I am pretty sure that my fatigue and cravings have improved, but I have loosely kept track of my weight and it seems to have definitely increased by about 3-7 pounds so far. It may be a lack of bowel movements, but I don’t think constipation could contribute to that much weight gain. I don’t have a way to measure body fat at the moment, but my whole body feels and looks slightly larger. I can’t tell if it is muscle, fat, or water.
