Now when you go above 154 to say 169 I am now using both my aerobic and anaerobic systems. I cannot use fat for anaerobic right as it is not fast enough to convert to energy? But I can continue using fats for my aerobic? Or does my body just switch to glycogen stores as soon as I go over 154?
