Hi Jay, Be aware of how much you are eating. If you're not sure how much is considered one serving, you can learn how to read labels. You also may eat less if you use a smaller plate. Try not to eat straight from a big package of food — it's easy to lose track that way. And if you're at a restaurant, see if you can take home some leftovers.
