Ivan, after writing this I came down with the flu so I guess that might go someway to explaining it. Anyway, a little after the 2 weeks, things stabilised and I am now adding some of the carbs back in without any ill effects. The strange thing for me is that whilst I am not experiencing the intense cravings, I am also not really enjoying eating. Foods that I have always loved such as steak no longer hold the same appeal.
