I became extremely fatigued on Day 2 and this continued until Day 8 when I discontinued the test as I was really concerned about the level of fatigue (could hardly function), heart palpitations and trouble sleeping. I have a history of chronic fatigue which I “manage” by being careful with what I do and how I do it. I essentially experienced bad CF symptoms whilst on the test.
