Before the TWT, I was at a healthy weight, with little to normal body fat. However, I was basically on a low-carb starvation diet at about 800-1000 calories per day, and could not lose any more weight no matter how much I restricted calories. Most of my calories came from protein and vegetables, with very little fat. My carbohydrates were also below 100g per day, usually from fruit or a protein bar.
