Giving I Tried Intermittent Fasting for a Week Characteristics * I ate lamb last night and while it was delicious and prepared and served with all good stuff – gremolata, summer squash, leeks – there was something in the dish that literally put me down _or_ the one glass of wine I had, after being off beer and wine for a week, was enough to interrupt progress. I actually thought I had done a good job until I was ready for bed 30 mins later. Next time I’m at the restaurant, I’m going to ask if the lamb has any sort of rub or marinade.
