The protein seems to be my key; eggs for breakfast, Greek yogurt or peanut butter on celery for lunch and chicken, fish, or lean beef with lots of salad greens and tomatoes for dinner, with snacks of plain nuts. I have been off the nutritious rails now for 18 months and started last week to rein myself in. I am already feeling better and craving less. Thanks for your inspiration and ideas to keep me going.
