What lead me to take the TWT?; One of the problems with processed mayonnaise, for example, is that the oils they use may or may not be heavily processed. Furthermore, there are a lot of additives in both products. The guiding idea of the two-week test is to go less and less processed. If you can stick with products that only have one ingredient to them, that would be ideal. But since those two particular brands of mayonnaise have sugar, I would say no to both. That said, there are brands that are no more than vinegar, egg, and oil. (Or, you can make your very own mayonnaise in a blender!)
