Day 7 of the test. I’ve lost 1.5kg and gained 1.5% bodyfat. Don’t need to lose weight (I’m 74kg for 1.8m or 165lbs and 6 foot tall). According to my wife I’ve lost a bit of belly and love handles so I’m chuffed anyway. I’ve been eating a lot. Not done any sport (usually I run 3x1hour a week). Been suffering from achilles tendon pain and plantar faciutus for about 3 months (it comes and goes) but since starting the test it’s got a bit worse. Also been getting sinus headaches and some itchy spells. Seems like I might be reacting to eating more cheese, walnuts, hazelnuts,almonds or something like that. Not really craving anything except I’d like some fruit. Seems like something is making me more inflamed. I’m eating lots of salad stuff like avacados, carrots, tomatoes, onions. Home made salad dressings. Real cheeses, etc. In the past I’ve had sensitivity to certain nut products , so for week 2 I’m going to roast the almonds and other nuts to see if that changes anything.

But I will promise this... KNOWLEDGE BASE Reducing your calorie intake is hard. You are going to feel hungry, crave junk food, and have a strong desire to pig out at mealtime. You will want to give in. That’s okay. Everyone feels that way. Fight those temptations by telling yourself that it’s only for three days. If you can get through those first 72 hours on a reduced calorie intake, it starts to become much easier. You will adapt to the reduced calories and soon enough it won’t even feel like you are depriving yourself anymore.

May 6, 2017 at 3:47 pm For the baby’s birthday party, I planned on hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone and I made myself lentil burgers. So I didn’t eat the potato salad, baked beans, or cake, but I did have a burger on a lettuce bun with gauc and felt totally satisfied. It was great.

It seems more suitable but still has sugar does it matter?? I’ve read the milk base aspect re sour cream is the lactose content reduced or non existent due to the process it goes through to sour it and aslong as no added suger in the sour cream it should be ok??

Eating more slowly can help because it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to get the message that you are full.
