Total weight gain is 2.48 lb, body fat is up 1.22% and skeletal muscle is .6 less than before I started. I adhered strictly, as far as I know. I don’t eat much meat, so ate a good bit of cheese. Bowels have been normal, so don’t think am just holding on there. Don’t know what to make of this. Not carbohydrate intolerant? Not great the scale went up instead of down.
