Fortunately the next day it was a dull headache and by day three disappeared. Tried to follow TWT as best I could but found out the last two days I added parsnips and shouldn’t have. Culturally we consume curd at least with 2 of 3 meals- the curd made at home everyday, by curdling boiled-cooled milk with a culture that’s passed down generations – with no preservative or other processing.
