Thanks for the quick reply. Nut butters (not peanut butter) are on the approved list for the 2-week test. What nut butter(s) would you recommend? The problem with goo, desserts, and the such is that the two-week test will get screwed up if you add even a little bit of high-glycemic foods, even while racing. My recommendation to you is that your boyfriend start the two-week test next week.
