After continuing the TWT past Dec 19th, I slowly added in carbs. But there was no improvement in my ( lack ) of ability to consistently maintain sub-MAF running. I have talked to my doctor’s nurse, but their advice was basically to re-test in 4 weeks. Hi, I have been doing the MAFT for a week now and I did read through all the FAQs but still have a couple questions.
