While I don’t feel like it would hurt HR wise by training on a treadmill I feel like it would hurt physically as the muscles aren’t working like they would on a normal road run. But with winter and daylight savings here I don’t get off work in time to run during the warmest/brightest time of the day. So I will be in the gym most of the winter (except on weekends).
