I started the test on 10th August, but had to restart on 14th August (because I ate some berries), so I’m due to finish the first stage of the test on 28th August. I have been doing very little running but I have been going to strength and conditioning classes, such as kettle bell training, regularly and I found that my existing low-blood pressure is more acute than normal. I think this because I get more dizzy spells whilst exercising. Other than that I feel very well and like a hidden sugar detector in that I can taste the smallest amount of sugar in food. I do wonder though, whether the blood pressure effect I’m experiencing is normal.
