I guess I don’t understand what it’s for. I think if you are feeling hungry you can warm it up and sip on it? I’m not sure. I feel so bad for people I see eating cottage cheese and chicken breast every day and I’m having delicious health conscious foods and even a homemade cheeseburger every week and still lose weight because I stay within my limits. Even more messed up is they payed someone a few hundred dollars to eat like that. The knowledge I’ve gotten from this site has allowed me to customize a dietary plan that is easy, tasty and most importantly sustainable, which has been my issue many times before. Kudos for all the help.

Does this mean I’ve reached my “genetic” limit for BF/weight loss without going into sickly thin/underweight territory?
