I did not eliminate dairy during the TWT, but did not eat full fat yogurt (which I would have loved, esp. pre-morning workout). The above comments suggested to me that yogurt was not okay during the TWT. (See the July 22 comment to Joanne.) I have eaten eggs, cheese, and sour cream during the test. I actually started over because the first couple days I had full fat yogurt along with just a strawberry or two. Find your motivations for weight loss OK, so you’re not dieting.
