Clear this text input Go This may be an awkward question…I’ve finished my TWT and have tried to keep the same form of food intake (although I have added apples, honey and quinoa back into the mix) as I find my body feels much better eating this way. However, I have since grown constipated and was wondering if this is normal (I try to stay hydrated and eat plenty of veggies and I’m running a lot more miles than normal since I’m using MAF)? I will say that I have not changed my diet a whole lot than it was before (biggest change is the deletion of sugar or some form of sugar)….so I am surprised by the inability. Have you seen/heard of this before? Is it possible that my body is still adjusting and will conform soon enough? Thanks for any information/assistance.

Your Personalized Approach Kim says So tomorrow is day 14 of my TWT and its been great. Meat and two veg, eggs, cheese, meat, salads and I’ve fallen in love with coffee and cream. However tonight I went for my fourth run during this two weeks, abiding by the MAF heart rate and each run has been slower than the previous one. In fact tonights pace was dlower than my Ironman marathon pace. Would love to hear your comments as this pace is seriously challenging. Cheers Michael.

I am hoping to start this on W/C 20th July and looking forward to it Decide how you want to create your deficit. You can do it through diet, a typical calorie-burning form of exercise (e.g. cardio), or some combination of both. And make this decision based solely on your own personal preferences and needs because that’s really the only part of this decision that actually matters. Pick the most convenient, efficient and sustainable option for YOU.
