Great article and thanks for sharing. So if my RMR is 1850 and I burn between 800 -1,000 calories per workout a day 5 times a week according to my heart rate monitor. My maintenance then would be 2,650 – 2,850. So I should eat between 2,120, 2,280 to cut on my workout days. Then on my rest days, should I eat 20% below my RMR which would be 1,480 calories? I am currently at 18% body fat and trying to get to 10-12 % then bulking.
I want to stress that the goal of including these foods is so that you can test whether that food works for you; you may end up realizing that symptoms return and so it’s better to keep it out of your diet.

Newspapers in Education Stationary Bike Also, I’m wondering how many people stick to this after the two weeks…I do plan on adding more carbs in (white rice, some fruit, etc) especially around my training times, but if this is so great, can people mainly stick to this? I’ve also read that going too low carb for too long isn’t good…Just trying to find what’s best for my body but any guidance is appreciated. 🙂

I ate a lot of cheese, compared with zero prior to the TWT. The guidelines specify ‘unprocessed’ cheese – I was never clear exactly what this meant? – almost all of the cheese I ate is pasteurized. While I ate brie and camembert ( both pasteurized ) , I also ate Tasty and Colby ( Ingredients – Pasteurised milk, salt, cultures, enzymes . Per 100 grams: Fat:34.5g, protein 23.3g, Carbs < 1g, gluten-free, no artificial colours or flavours ) brands. Does the fact that they are pasteurized make them a 'NO' food for the TWT ? Would the Colby cheese be a 'NO' food?
