I typically wake 1-2 hours after going to sleep every night, then wake up every 2 hours or so to go to the bathroom or snack or check my phone or whatever. The past two or three nights I have slept a solid 4-5 hours before waking to go to the bathroom, then go right back to sleep. So that’s been nice.
