It may be a lack of bowel movements, but I don’t think constipation could contribute to that much weight gain. I don’t have a way to measure body fat at the moment, but my whole body feels and looks slightly larger. I can’t tell if it is muscle, fat, or water. Once you get to the “end” of the two weeks, consider extending the test for a couple more days if you think you will get more health benefits. I apologize for not being able to answer sooner.
