However, when I try to eat almonds or pumpkin or sunflower seeds, which used to be fine with me once, I am overloaded with brain fog and toxic symptoms. It takes me some time to recover. I am unable to go off this diet in any way, or I suffer long-term consequences. Any ideas as to what is wrong with me? My diet consists of meat, eggs. low carb veges. Any deviation results in long term recovery and a lot of suffering to get back to normal (or so-called normal).
